Terms Of Service AgreementBy commissioning me, the Client agrees to the following terms:-You need to provide a description (physical, clothing, personality, etc)
and clear, visual references of the character(s). If you have very specific ideas about what you want, you can send references for poses, small sketches, etc.-I reserve the right to refuse projects or requests based on content, subject, or other reasons. I won't create content that is offensive or inappropriate.TIMELINE AND PROCESS-Work completion requires 1 week minimum. Timeline depends on commission type, complexity, and workload. If there are any delays and adjustments to the timeline, I will inform you as soon as possible.-I'll provide progress updates (WIP) with 1) the sketch and 2) the lineart and base colours. Notify me of anything you want changed at these stages. You need to give the go-ahead before I move on to the next stage of your drawing. Modifications to the final piece will cost extra, as it is assumed that the client has carefully reviewed the progress in these earlier stages and has approved it. (Slight modifications, such as fixing small errors, colour variations, etc. are accepted).PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
-Prices are in Euros (€) and paid upfront via Ko-Fi or Paypal. Local (Spain) clients can use Bizum (hablad primero conmigo).-Once work has begun or payments have been made, the client acknowledges that the work and deliverables are digital and there are no physically shipped goods to receive, unless we talk about it.-If you request a cancellation, a partial refund can be provided depending on the state of the commission. No refunds admitted once the work is completed.RIGHTS & USAGE
These commissions are for personal use only. Personal use means: display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization or sales, such as social media profile pictures, banners, and posts; print and framing in personal spaces; display as part of designs on websites and channels, excluding use in content of these websites or channels; or any other instances where no monetization of, or of content featuring, the work is involved.
Client must not claim the commision as their own and must credit me using my username.I may post the commissions on my social media or use them as example of my work, unless you ask not to.
By default, I retains copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights, which includes but is not limited to display, advertising, printing, posting the work and WIP on websites, social media, portfolios, etc.Commercial usage rights are not included in general commissions, unless is purchased by the Client and agreed upon.Usage of Work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.
